Ki Cattle Company is a family owned and operated registered Brahman operation in San Augustine, Texas. Owners, Jake and Britt Mathews have been actively involved in the commercial cattle industry for most of their lives and are extremely passionate about agriculture. Growing up around various breeds, the two always had a special kind of love and appreciation for the Brahman influence. In 2017, Jake and Britt decided to start a registered Brahamn herd.

As the operation is continuing to grow, our long term goal is to breed sound, quality cattle that will not only benefit ranchers, but the Brahman breed as a whole. By breeding consistently gentle, eye appealing cattle that work for all purposes, the Ki Cattle Company focus is on top quality genetics! Our selection and breeding process is no simple task. We take great pride in breeding our animals in a way that will only make the offspring even better than their elders. We don’t settle for second best - and we strive to make each calf crop better than the one before it. We take great pride in never sacrificing quality for quantity.

We are an honest, trustworthy operation and we are passionate about what we do. I honestly think we would go crazy if we did not own cattle. It is a way of life for us and we will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
